Summary

HI my Name is Daniel and I have read this and here is some of it
this was our goal Make connections between texts and own life experiences, using more sophisticated texts.


Most people who get the flu most of the time recover but in 1918, a previously unknown strain of the influenza virus caused a global pandemic. Worldwide, at least about 50 million people died. Even in relatively isolated New Zealand, the death toll was very shocking. No event had ever killed that many people in a short time.
